Michael Merrill President
Mr. Merrill has over 30 years experience in process instrumentation
and is certified in fiber optics. He has been employed as an Instrument Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman
and Journeyman Electrician. Adept at interacting with engineers, clients and vendors, he has owned and operated his own consulting
business, Merrill Electric, as well as served as vocational instructor for the Los Angeles Electrical Trust, teaching "Process
Instrumentation" to Journeymen Electricians. His leadership skills include organization, project cost control and rigid
deadline project delivery. Mr. Merrill's project experience includes work for Fluor Constructors, Irvine, California,
Jones Electric Corp., Long Beach, California and Instrument Specialists Company, Long Beach, California, prior to his co-founding
CSI. His present responsibilities include project planning, resources organization, staff recruiting and co-originating new
business development.

Jeff Baldwin General Manager/Chief Estimator
Mr. Baldwin
brings thirty-one years of experience in electrical estimating and project management. His experience expertise is primarily
the refinery / petrochemical area of electrical construction with an emphasis on power distribution, process control and communication.
As well as heavy industrial construction he has over twelve years of electrical construction experience in the food processing
industry. Mr. Baldwin has estimated, managed and successfully completed major projects at all major refineries and pipeline
facilities in Southern California. He comes to CSI after 15 years as an estimator and General Manager of Jones Electric Corporation.

Roger Theroux Electrical
Porject Manager/ Foreman
Mr. Theroux
brings his 23+ years of experience with the IBEW Local 11 to CSI as a top class Journeyman. After serving his 4-year
apprenticeship he continued his training with a 2-year course in Process Implementation and Controls course, considered invaluable
in the industry. His experience includes power distribution, instumentation, PLC process controls, HVAC controls and energy
management. Before coming to CSI, Mr. Theroux was superintendent of Shell projects for Jones Electric and had supervised projects
for Anhauser-Busch, Arco (now BP), Mobil Oil, The Toyota Technical Center and the Metropolitan Water District. As project
manager, Mr. Theroux is fluent in MS Word, Excel and both MS Project and Esubonline Project Management software systems.
Further, he has taught the Process Instrumentation and Controls course at the Electrical Training Trust.

Mike Johnson
Project
Manager
Mike recently joined Spectra in 2007. With 33 years of design, field,
and project management experience, Mr. Johnson’s electrical career began as a draftsman/detailer in St. Louis for Guarantee
Electric. He started his IBEW apprenticeship in 1975, working with large industrial projects in the mid-west
that included such clients as U.S. Steel, Monsanto, and Phizer Chemical. Through 1985, Mike gained valuable
experience in heavy industrial construction, instrumentation, and process control work. Upon completion of his apprenticeship,
Mike also completed his Associates of Science degree in Construction Management. Since
the mid eighties, Mr. Johnson has worked locally for large electrical contractors managing high-rise and large commercial
projects. He also spent seven years in the Fire Life Safety sector working for Seimens and Simplex/Tyco. There he managed
retrofit projects at the Hyperion Plant and a new fire alarm system installation at The J. Paul Getty Museum, which was a
four year project. Mr. Johnson’s responsibilities include all facets of project
management and delivery.

James Boyd Electrical Foreman/Fiber Optics Technician and Installer
Mr.
Boyd brings to SPECTRA 20 years experience as an electrician in the construction industry, primarily in the fields of heavy
industrial and commercial. His experience includes start-up, high voltage distribution, DC distribution, instrument connection,
calibration, and loop checks. Mr. Boyd possesses a high level of expertise in motor control and troubleshooting using classic
control theory to analyze and repair. Mr. Boyd is a SUMITOMO trained fiber optics technician/installer. As a foreman Mr. Boyd
has an exceptional attitude for the electrical industry. Mr. Boyd is an ISA Certified Control System Technician (CCST), Level
I.

Clifford Krueger Controller
Mr. Krueger's background
includes over 35 years of experience in the administrative, finance and accounting functions of several business organizations.
This includes several years as a corporate auditor for a large oil company, twenty plus years of controllership positions
in the aerospace and electronic industries and fifteen years as a business consultant. Mr. Krueger has a Bachelor of
Science degree in Finance.

Patricia Sanchez Office Manager Ms. Sanchez's
background includes ten years of business experience with emphasis in finance, accounting and human resources. With
a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting, Ms. Sanchez provides CSI strong supervisory leadership in the Company's
financial and accounting functions including payroll, billings, payables, collections, insurance, union benefits, banking
relationships, cash management, and human resources. Experience with the following software: Timberline, MAS 90,
Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, Peachtree, Turbo Tax and FoxPro.

Lori Marlowe-Brown Project Controls
Lori
has been with Spectra for over 4 years. She has worked in the oil, gas, and energy industries supporting both the electrical/instrumentation
and mechanical sides of various size projects for nearly 16 years. She works primarily in the field, giving Spectra
first hand knowledge, experience and support at the heart of all projects. Her vast experience in project tracking is
vital to fulfilling our needs and our customers various needs for managing and maintaining projects. She is involved
in all aspects of our projects including but not limited to the planning phase, progress and cost tracking, material expediting
and tracking, project reporting, project documentation, scheduling, and maintaining budgets.
